Outlook add-in keeps asking me to log back in to my contacts database
I am currently evaluating the 14 day trial to see if ACT 365 will work for my small business of 5 people to replace our old ACT Premium 2011 version 13 database. However, while working in my Outlook email I will get an error message saying there was an error retrieving your contacts from your database. Try logging into the Outlook Add-in again. This seems to happen when my laptop goes into sleep mode and I wake it up to continue working. Will this continue once I commit to the paid version of Act 365? Thank you for any help that you can provide.

Did you get any response?
There was an error retrieving your contacts from your Act! database. You may try again or reset the Add-in and logon again. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please contact your Act! administratorHave to reset the add-in multiple times each day. Sounds like we have the same issue.
