iCal Issue with Google Calendar
I am trying to connect my Essentials account and Calendar to my Google calendar. After I enter my URL into the proper field in Other Calendars, I get the following error: "We could not parse the calendar at the URL requested." I tried this twice with two different Essentials URL's and received the same result. If I cannot sync these calendars, then I'm afraid I will have to look elsewhere for my CRM needs.

Hi Mark,
Can you please tell us what browser you are using?
Can you please confirm if you are taking the same steps listed below? From Act! Essentials click Regenerate iCalendar URL for a fresh link.
From within Google Calendar
1. Click the drop down arrow to the right of Other Calendars
2. Click Add by URL
3. Paste the iCal link form Act! Essentials into the URL space, please ensure there are no added spaces at the end of the URL
4. Click Add CalendarI have tried adding Act! Essentials Agenda to Google Calendar on 3 separate browsers (Chrome, Mozilla and Safari) and am not able to reproduce the error message you have listed.
