Import Contacts- error message- won't import-incorrectly formatted
I have verified that my CSV file is formatted correctly (as far as I can tell) and it still will not import my contacts from Outlook. I can't find any information on the correct format other than an article about default headings which I have made my file match exactly. This is the first step for me to use ACT so right now I can't use it. :( Please help

Hi Deb,
Can you please tell us what version of Outlook you exported your contacts from? Can you also verify if you have tested the file by removing different fields? This will help narrow down and find out what portion of the file will not allow the import.

Brittany are you really saying that if we have this problem we are expected to test every individual field by removing one and retrying over and over again. This should be a basic function. Is there a tech support number to call and discuss this. I am having the same issue and there appears to be no reason for the problem
