data loss
Hi I'm beginning to discover lost data from a number of my contacts. I had notes going back to 2/11/15 on one particular contact and all of a sudden I am only seeing notes only going back to 6/15 and 7/15. This is not good as I rely on my past notes when interfacing with my clients. Please advise.

Can you please tell us where in your account you are trying to view notes? Are you trying to look it up from the Agenda section?
After you are done editing the note do you mark it as completed?Thank you,

I view my notes under the Activity tab. I add a note every time I make contact with a customer. I type in a thorough description of the call under Details, add my text in the Subject field and click save which then gives me a date and time stamp..Brittany a have multiple records were everything is wiped out. Fortunately not all records were wiped out but a handful. Why is this happening?? I rely on my customer notes and should not have to fear any loss of data. Please look into this matter I have four accounts with you and will add another but if this will continue to be an issue I will cancel all. Thanks.
