Cannot access my knowledge base
I am signing in and then click on knowlege base to access my contacts and am seeing a gray screen with a floating "bubble", this continues to rotate and I am unable to get into my contacts. Please help.

I have tried that site and it is loading as intended. I have added the browser requirements for Act! Cloud below.
