"Scheduled Maintenance" page for Act Cloud - 6 hours?!?
I know it's the most basic product but it does not bode well for paying higher prices for more "advanced" versions.
How could it be not available for most of MONDAY?

We apologize for any inconvenience. The product was inaccessible for one hour, you may have needed to clear your browser history/cache in order to access it once you saw the maintenance page. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and will do our best to avoid such high traffic days and hours for future maintenance.
