Delete Users
Hey,
The sub accounts in my account now belong to a separate company. I want to delete them so the new company away from the old owner (ie. my account) would have their stand alone CRM. They tried creating new accounts after I deactivated their sub-accounts from my main account but they failed.
Please assist me promptly as this is causing all parties lots of frustration.

I would like to reconfirm what you are trying to accomplishWithin Act! Essentials you have created Sub Groups and now need to delete those groups? Did you need to export the contact data prior to deleting the group? Do you just want to delete the contacts in the group and re-purpose the group for the new company?

No, I created a sub account where other employees can login and use the CRM. Now i want to delete those accounts, not deactivate them. The only option I see is "deactivate account" I want to completely delete them.
The email used to login to those deleted accounts should be then used to create a new stand-alone Act! essentials account.
