Editing images for emarketing templates
Hi,
I am trying to edit images for emarketing templates but I can't get the editor to work. I just want to resize the images but any button I press just brings up a loading icon and never loads.
I notice that Aviary that powers the image editor has been closed down, is this why I can't edit?
Is there an easier way to resize an image to make it fit better in the space?

Thank you for contacting Act! 365 Support.
Unfortunately the issue you're experiencing with the image editor has been raised as a product defect. In the meantime, any images would need to be edited before uploading them to 365.
The defect in question is still under investigation so I'm not able to provide a timescale for when this will be resolved.

Hi Amy,
The images generally wont scale to fill a whole block if they're too small to preserve quality.
This article contains some information on image sizes that may help.
