Sending Campaign Emails
Hi,
I keep getting Failed to send errors on sending campaign, can you look into this?

Hi Susan,
I apologize I have not updated the community. The error seems to be caused by having contacts within the emarketing group that do not have an email address. The second issue that seemed to come up was special characters within the email addresses such as ? or diamond symbols. Can you please review your contacts for those two scenarios and let me know if it does not resolve your error.

Hi Tanner,
We have check our servers and there does not seem to be a problem with emails being sent. After troubleshooting with others receiving the same error the trouble was solved with the 2 recommendations below.
1. Remove any contacts within the emarketing group without an email address
2. Checking the email address field for special characters added such as a ? or a diamond symbol.Thank you,
