accont canceled
When I try to login to Act! Essentials I get a message saying my account has been canceled and to update my billing information. The card I used for the account has not been changed so I don't know why i need to update it. Also To update you have to go the profile but I can;t get to that page. I have spent hours entering the contacts I have made over the last 6 months so I need to recover this account. Also why is there no place to call and talk to someone?

Thank you for your post. Act! Essentials does not have live phone or chat support but I would be happy to assist you.
Can you please try using the link below to logout of your Act! Essentials account and clear the browser cookies for the Act! Essentials site? After you have logged out please visit mycloud.act.com to log back into your account and enter new credit details if requested.
Please let me know if this does not allow you back into your account.
