Trying to pay for account - errors occurred
I am trying to put my credit card details through for payment as I want to set up an account. I currently have 16 days for my free trial. Can you let me know why I am finding this impossible. I am using an AMEX card but I have also used a Mastercard. The message I keep getting is that errors occurred and I should review my payment details but there does not seem to be anything wrong. Please help

Sorry to hear that you are having difficulties getting the payment to process. Can you please log out of your account, close the browser then try to access your account again.
