Activities Not Showing in Contact Record
We are in our trial period for Act! Essentials. I have our contacts loaded and been going in to put past activities into the system. I noticed that some activities are not showing in the contact record and some are. One of the missing activities is on the Agenda on the past date but some are not. Is this a glitch or can you only go so far back in time when setting up your database?

Sorry for the delayed reply. Can you tell us for the events that are not showing can you verify if you are clicking the Mark as Completed box?
