Native email details in activity
When I click on an email address to send an email it uses Outlook (therefore I assume it automatically connects to your default email client ?). This is great, but it simply records the fact that an email activity has taken place - there is no detail of the actual email content recorded in Act! Cloud.

Thank you for your post.
You are correct that the email will open the default email client. At the current time I would request you submit your request through the Act! Cloud product by click the star word bubble icon in the bottom right corner.
