Random Errors
I am finding act! Essentials unusable for me due to TOO many random errors while trying to do basic things. The most annoying is trying to send a campaign and getting a message that it can't be sent at this time - try again later. I have tried 3 times this morning to send a campaign. While trying other functions I sometimes just get a big ERROR message with no explanation. I have tried 2 different browsers. Any ideas on settings, etc. that might help?

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing a problem. There can be a few causes of the above errors. If you are attempting to send to a group with missing email addresses being the prime cause.
Can you explained what you were doing at the time to get the big ERROR message.

I was doing some testing since new to act and was trying to send to just one contact that I am sure had email address. Doing same thing today worked.
The Error message came at various times, but I think the most consistent was when trying to view a contact's Activity Card. It would "Please Wait" and then finally time out with the error.
Both things appear to be working now but I will watch and let you know if I experience the issues again. I think the fact that last night my Win10 did an automatic update must have "fixed" something.
