Error when creating emarketing template
Hello-I'm trying to create my first emarketing email. I have followed the instructions on this site. When I enter the name of my template in the "copy to templates" box and hit "copy" I receive the error: "an error has occured while trying to launch the editor". I'm using Firefox and the Essential version is 3.7.0

Thank you for your post. I have checked with the support team and they are currently working on an error related to the emarketing side of Act! Essentials. I will send you an update as soon as the error is resolved.
