How do I use the call list?

The call list will provide a prioritized list of your most engaged contacts based on their interactions with your email campaigns sent in the last 30 days. You must send an email campaign before a call list will be visible. 

Start in the Emarketing section

  1. Click 'Call list'
  2. View the list of contacts ranked on interaction 
  3. Click the contact you want to see the call list details for 
  4. Under the 'Activity' tab click the campaign you wish to view 
  5. Click 'Show Activity Card>>'
  6. View the open and click rates
