can't login or cancel
3 years ago I subscribed to Act! Essentials. I have been paying $10 per month since. The problem is, I left the company I worked for 2 years ago and no longer have access to that email. Also, I don't know my account number, user name, or password to login and cancel the subscription. AMEX will not cancel the charge for any reason. It has to be cancelled by ACT! and nobody there can help me. I'm told this is my only possibility for help.
