Send as
Hello,
I am trying to "Send As" one of my other users. They are turned on to have access to E-marketing, but they do not show in my send as pick list. How do I get them there?

Can you confirm which user specifically that you're unable to see in the 'send as' list? Is this issue also specific to one user or are multiple missing from the list?
I've also noticed that some of the email addresses associated with your E-Marketing account seem to have a % sign instead of an @ sign in their address. Can you confirm whether this was how they were originally entered?

Sure. I ran it as a test to see if turning one of the users off that were showing, to see if it would remove them from the list. For example, currently l.braun@westland-inc.com is turned off to use e-marketing - but still shows up in my send as pick list. Where as california@westland-inc.com is turned on, but does not show up.

If you go into your Essentials Profile and then into Manage users.
Can you see the California Users. Are they showing as the correct email:-california@westland-inc.com or california%40westland-inc.com ?

I'm sorry but at the time of typing this, we haven't had an update from Dev/Ops yet. I have already sent an email chasing.
Both Dan and I are UK based and if I don't get an answer in the next 10 minutes, it'll be tomorrow 09:00 GMT before we have an update for you.
