Importing Issues
Hi trying to upload my contacts for the first time and receiving this error msg:
"Complete Import
Imported 0 of 1670 contacts
We encountered an issue while importing some of your contacts. Click here for a list of the contacts that were not imported."
Had no issues importing same CSV file in Google contacts so not sure what to do here. Please advise thanks!

Thank you for contacting Act! Cloud.
Can you confirm if you have tried testing and importing smaller contact list? A popular reason an import is canceled would be if the email address field has an invalid email address (extra space added in the email address or @gmail..com)Kind Regards,

I made sure all the emails had no discrepancies and tried uploading 499 out of 1800 and still getting same error msg:
"Complete Import
Imported 0 of 499 contacts
We encountered an issue while importing some of your contacts. Click here for a list of the contacts that were not imported." -
Hello James,
Without seeing your contact list it is difficult to help explain why your contacts are not importing. Can you verify that the fields you are importing are listed correctly?

Hi Brittany-
I just updated all the fields on my csv file to reflect Acts. Still not able to upload. :( So I tested it by uploading into Google Contacts in which of course is very basic and my csv file uploaded without issue. I then went back to Actcloud and uploaded using Gmail and it uploaded without issue. Only thing not all the fields are populated due to Googles basic interface. Im not sure what to here. Any chance you can review my csv file? Appreciate your help thus far. Thx! James

https://actcloud1.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203012545-What-are-the-default-fields-for-Act-Cloud-csv-imports-I was able to determine with James that his import contained a header titled Group that was not allowing his import to process.
Please let me know if by changing the headers helps import your contacts.
