HELP - Account canceled - “Your account has been canceled. Please update your billing information to continue using Act! Essentials.”
Hello,
Today, after accessing out ACT! Essentials account as usual, we received the following message:
“Your account has been canceled. Please update your billing information to continue using Act! Essentials.”
After trying to update our Credit Card data (our card is ok), the system returns always the same answer.
At this moment we cannot access our account and we need it!
Please help!

Today I have received information from the developers that the issue with tendering payments in Australian Dollars and Euros has been resolved.

Today I have just the same problem. Text is in German "Ihr Konto wurde aufgelöst. Aktualisieren Sie Ihre Abrechnungsinformationen, um Act! Essentials."
I subscribed on 01.08.2017 and my credit card was already billed.

what does this mean "issue has been resolved"?
I still can't access my account since one week!!!
First I get the message "Ihr Konto wurde aufgelöst. Aktualisieren Sie Ihre Abrechnungsinformationen, um Act! Essentials."
Any attempt to save credit card information results in error message "Beim Verarbeiten Ihrer Rechnungsinformationen ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte überprüfen Sie Ihre Informationen, und versuchen Sie es erneut."

Thank you for your reply. As I said in my previous post. We had received a message from the developers that the issue in paying in Euros and Australian Dollars had been resolved. Can you confirm that you are attempting to process your payment with Euros? I understand your account is registered under uwe@spadaccini.de I have raised a further ticket with my developers. I will contact you further when I have a reply from them.

Yes, billing is in Euro. You can see "9,00 €/Monat" in my screenshot above.
My account is registered under uwe@spadaccini.de
My credit card was already billed once.
Trying to newly save credit card information results in error message: "Beim Verarbeiten Ihrer Rechnungsinformationen ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte überprüfen Sie Ihre Informationen, und versuchen Sie es erneut."
