Error trying to purchase act! 365 subscription

Hi

We only have 3 days left on our trial period. We have been trying for nearly a week to pay for a 12 month subscription by credit card from within the Plans & Billing section but get the same error every time.

How do we purchase a subscription before our trial expires and locks us out? 

I can see many people have been saying the same thing for a while now....
