Can't see Contact Names

    Hi Lindsay,

    Thank you for your patience on this matter. I have received an update from the developers that the issue is fixed and you may need to refresh your database with a Ctrl & F5 in your web browser.

    When selecting newest first or oldest first in filtering. It will no longer show the back-end date stamp and will correctly show the Contact or Company name etc.

    Hi Lindsay,

    Thank you for opening a community support thread.

    If you have filtered the contacts by first name and the date of their import is being highlighted (Denoting what is currently being filtered) would usually mean that the incorrect data was mapped into the incorrect Act! 365 Fields.

    Can you edit a contact for me and confirm that their first and last names display correctly for each contact. If so, then I will need to get the engineers to investigate.

    Tried that - no joy.

    All the contacts are acting in the same way - not just imported ones - ones also added manually.

    Can you investigate please?

    Hi Lindsey,

    It looks like you have discovered a bug in the program and we're on it already.

    If you could click the sort button

    If you select A to Z or Z to A you will see the contact names. 
    When you sort by Newest first or Oldest First it is incorrectly showing you the date stamp. It is not designed to work that way, it should still show the contact names just organised by date and that is the bug.

    I contacted the product manager Andy. The engineers are working to resolve this as soon as possible.
