Can`t remove a user - deactive ok but still billed for them

I recently deactivated the second user. This user is now showing up as a deactivated user but am still being charged for the second user. How do I revert my account to one user?

  So why have i been billed for 2 users still when you cancelled 1 off , also don`t think the Date option is compatible with the UK system
