how do I search for all contacts that have an e-mail

  Hi Angelo,

  Thanks for your post.

  You can find what contacts have email addresses by changing the search option to Email and include only the @ symbol. This will pull any contact that has data in the Email field with @ included.

  Can you please give me an example of the API call to find a contact by an email address? The API docs are vague when it comes to using the parameters Filter, etc. Thanks.

  Can you confirm if you are trying to use the API to search for new contacts or are you trying to search for existing contacts within your Act! Essentials account?
