  Thanks for resubmitting the request. I had passed the request to the development team but have not received a eta on when it will be added to Act! Essentials. Please check back to the Product Announcement portion of the community to see when new features are added.

  Hi Amy,

  We can not guarantee what changes will be made to the Act! Essentials account as it is determined by the development team, the feature plan can also change depending on other business factors. Updates are applied to Act! Essentials accounts every 2 weeks, it may be a change that has been edited on the back end or a much larger project change for a large feature such as Opportunities.

  Thank you for your post. Currently we have been working on updates to the Act! Essentials system its self, the changes being made are not customer facing. I will see if I can get one of our developers to submit an update.

  Not an answer but a further question, I have been using ACT! Essentials now for a little over 6 months and discovered this 6 month limit on contacts today! I used my first contact logged in ACT! to bring forward information from my notes and not having them readily available makes preparing for my calls more tedious than it should be. I would suggest there at least be an option you can select to view previous contacts older than 6 months even if it is not the default view.
