Where do I find follow ups that I have scheduled?

    You can view events that you scheduled via the Agenda portion of your account. You can select all or a specific type of event that you may have created.

    I click on calls in the agenda section and see nothing. Do you work for Act?

    Hi David,

    Can you verify if the under the different activity types if the box for Completed is checked? If it is checked the Act! Essentials account will only allow you to view completed activities.

    I do work for Swiftpage and directly with Act! Essentials.
