Why choose Act Cloud?

Interested in other's usage and thoughts about Act Cloud. I have a trial version now and not sure if this is the right solution for me. I need a product that can keep track of contacts, leads, follow up, sync with Google calendar, and send emails. The reason I was leaning toward the cloud version is so my assistant and I can easily access on our iPad and iPhone, in addition to desktop.
