I cannot login to my account
When I login it sometimes says my account isnt active or it goes directly to my profile page (https://mycloud.act.com/#/account/profile) and at the top of it it says trial expired buy now. I already put in my billing info and I still cannot access my account. This all happened when I tried to send out an email yesterday.

Can you please try clearing out the browser history for Act! Cloud? I have looked up your account information and it shows it is a paid active account.Kind Regards,

Can you please verify how often this error is occurring as well as some additional details such as the browser and version you are using?
Yesterday there was a scheduled maintenance that did effect gaining access to the site.Kind Regards,
