    Thanks for contacting Act! Essentials Support.

    When you are working in your Act! Essentials database. Does it happen when you are on a particular contact or company?

    Is there an error message when you are logged out? You've mentioned that you get kicked out for 5-10 minutes. What happens when you try to login again? Is there a new error message?

     

    If you could get back to me with some further information for the investigation.
