Start in the Contacts section
- Click the contact you wish to add image to
- Click Edit from the top right of the contact information
- Click the drop down menu under the gray smiley face
- Select image location preference
- Use Uploaded image will allow you to select an image from the device you are currently using
- Use Facebook will allow you to use the contact's Facebook image
*Please note that if you have connected your Act! 365 account to Facebook and the contact's image is not appearing you can manually select the contact
5. After selecting the desired image click Connect Profile
6. Click Save from the top right of the contact details
