Campaign History provides a live view of your sent email campaign reports including details on your contacts interaction with your sent email templates to date. To view Campaign History you must have sent an email campaign, follow the steps below to access your campaign History:
- Click Emarketing on the left navigation bar
- You will see a list of your sent campaigns in the pane on the left half of the screen select the applicable campaign
The information within your Reports is detailed below:
Subject Line - Text that appeared as the subject line, or introduction to this email campaign.
Template - The email template you sent for this campaign.
Sent To - The group of contacts you sent this campaign to, includes the number of contacts the group contained at send in parenthesis.
Date Sent - The date and time your campaign was sent.
Actual Sent - The number of email addresses our system actually sent this campaign to. This is usually smaller then the group total due to invalid or missing email addresses.
Open Rate - The number of unique opens by each contact for this campaign divided by the actual sent for this campaign. This is a standard benchmark for email marketing success.
Opens - Total opens by all contacts for this campaign, this includes duplicate opens by the same contact.
- Click on this section for detailed information on who opened your template and when. These details are also gathered within your contacts' activity details.
Unique Opens - The number of unique opens by each contact for this campaign, this will not include duplicate opens for a single contact.
- Click on this section for detailed information on who opened your template and how many times. These details are also gathered within your contacts' activity details.
Clicks - Total clicks by all contacts for this campaign, this includes duplicate clicks by the same contact.
- Click on this section for detailed information on who clicked on your template, when and on what link. These details are also gathered within your contacts' activity details.
Unique Clicks - The number of unique clicks by each contact for this campaign, this will not include duplicate clicks for a single contact.
- Click on this section for detailed information on how many clicks each of the links within your template received. These details are also gathered within your contacts' activity details.
Opt Outs - The number of people who have unsubscribed, or asked to be removed from all of your future email campaigns. We automatically omit these contacts from future emarketing campaigns you send. For more information visit Swiftpage's Anti Spam Policy.
- Click on this section for detailed information on who clicked the opt-out link in your template and when. These details are also gathered within your contacts' activity details.
Bounces - The contacts whose email servers rejected or 'bounced' back your email campaign. This is usually caused by a nonexistent email address, or a server error on the recipient's server. It's a great practice to reach out to these contacts for updated email addresses in order to update your contact records.

Web Views - The number of email recipients who chose to view your email campaign in the web view.
