While interacting with customers you can update a current activity.
Begin in the Agenda section
- Click the Completed Activities check box from the bottom left
- Click the title of the previously completed activity
- Click Edit from the top right of the activity details
- You can now edit the fields provided in the Activity
- Click Save
* If you are updating a recurring activity you will be asked to allow the update to just the current occurrence or to all, click save - Click Close from the top right of the activity card
