Error on templates with # in name
We created two template and names them with a # in the name. Once created, we cannot open, delete or change the name. How can we do that or is possible for that to be done on the backend. It would be ideal if we can rename them and not have to recreate them. Thank you.

Hi Mohamed,
Thank you for contacting Act! 365 Support.
I'm not sure if we're able to re-name the templates from our side but have escalated a ticket to our development team to ask whether this is possible. I'll let you know once I have more information on this.
In the meantime, I have managed to replicate the issue that you've mentioned in my account so will raise this to the Act! 365 product manager as a defect,
Kind regards,
Dan

Hi Mohamed,
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
Our developers have advised that they've removed the '#' from the affected templates and that they should now be accessible.
Can you try to access them and let me know whether you continue to have issues?
Kind regards,
Dan
