Unable to connect API to Zapier
The test works great, but when I try to actually turn Zapier on, I get an error message.
The app returned "Endpoint request timed out". It took too long for us to get a response from your connected app or service. This can happen if you're trying to upload a file that is too large or searching a large, spreadsheet, list, or database of information. Try uploading a smaller file or reducing the amount of information being used. We made a request to mycloud.act.com and received (504) Gateway Timeout.

Thank you for contacting Act! 365 Support.
In the first instance, I'd recommend regenerating your API token from within 365. You can do this by going to Profile > Apps & Integrations > Regenerate API Token.
Once you've done this, you'd need to test your integration again.
If you continue to have issues, can you let me know what it is you're trying to connect to so I can try to test it from my side?
