    Thank you for contacting Act! 365 Support.

    Unfortunately we do not provide support for integrations with 3rd party software beyond generating an API token. I'd recommend contacting the developer of the integration you're using.

    So you are saying this is not your API? There is no developer listed.  This is an integration that Act!3645 lists as functional within your App.

    Thank you so much for following up with this issue.
    I will in the future reference Quickbooks with its full name in lieu of the abbreviation QBO.  I apologize for the confusion!
