Trying to purchase Act365 Subscription - Error
I am trying to purchase a monthly Act365 subscription but after I have entered all my card details in and clicked process, it returns with error messages saying the payment card detail fields cannot be blank - they were not blank when I entered them. I have tried refreshing and numerous other things but nothing is working. I have spoken with Swiftpage but they advised 365 is completely self service so no one is able to help me purchase it.

Hi Natasha,
Thank you for creating a post on the Act! 365 Community. We are aware of the issue and hope to have a fix soon.
If you are attempting to make a payment in GBP or another european currency we are having an issue with our payment vendor.
We hope to have this issue resolved shortly. (This does not affect you if you are paying for a North American currency.)
In the meantime, I can have your account placed into an extended trial, this will mean you can still access the service albeit in trial mode until our accounts team can resolve the problem with a new payment vendor.
