Editing images for emarketing templates

    Thank you for contacting Act! 365 Support.

    Unfortunately the issue you're experiencing with the image editor has been raised as a product defect. In the meantime, any images would need to be edited before uploading them to 365.

    The defect in question is still under investigation so I'm not able to provide a timescale for when this will be resolved.

    Thanks for getting back to me. 

    Please can you let me know how I can make the images fit into the space I am trying to fill. There doesn't appear to be the facility to drag to enlarge but the images are not filling the block as expected.

    Hi Amy,

    The images generally wont scale to fill a whole block if they're too small to preserve quality. 

    This article contains some information on image sizes that may help.
