Support regarding click to dial with Act! 365

We are also looking forward for your support regarding click to dial facilities in Act! Pro or Act! Premium.

What we mean by click to dial ?

We want to enhance ACT Pro or Act! Premium where we can launch our dial type system(i.e. launch our application so that calls should be going through our functionality) instead of Windows dialer.

How it will work?

So once the user will login into ACT Pro or Act! Premium, and click on phone number from Info tab, it should launch our application.It should be compatible with our dialer so that calls should be going through our functionality.
