When I copy/paste the Ical URL into my google calendar, is does not update automatically when I add items.  Do I need to update copy/paste and regenerate a URL constantly or am I missing a step?

  Thank you for contacting Act! 365 Support.

  This article provides more information on the calendar integration. As stated in the article under the section for Google Calendar: 'Please note: The Act! 365 iCal URL is only for Activities currently in your calendar, if you modify or add events you will need to follow the instructions above to add changes to your Google Calendar'.
