I in-inadvertently set up my ACT365 trial account with an email address that I don't want to be seen as my "FROM" when send a single or multiple emails from Act 365. I have looked high and low for an answer... no luck other than the comment that it is not possible. I would like to buy & use product but this is a big negative for me. Also, I tried to find out how to delete this trial account... no solution. I thought if I deleted the original trial account I could setup again with appropriate email address... no luck there. I tried to set up a new trial account but, even though I used a different email, the new trial account still had the primary email the same as my original trial account.
I guess the only way to solve is a tech person to physically change the email in my account or perhaps someone could advise as to how to purge the system of my original trial account so I could start over.
I understand, because of cost, why there isn't any online support but this is ridiculous.
Can anyone out there help me?
