Inserting a Document Link into an Email Campaign

I am trying to do insert a document in to an outbound mass email letter but each time i try the system just gets caught in a loop. Anyone have any ideas?

  Hi Anthony,

  Thank you for opening a discussion thread on the Act! 365 Community.

  I have just tested the upload of a document into my email marketing template editor and adding the uploaded document as a link 

  

  This is working successfully on my own account. Can you please confirm the type of document you are adding and the size of the document please?
