Cannot seem to diconnect Outlook from ACT
Greetings all,
We are new to ACT! v21 so be kind. :) We have one user that would not like to have ACT automatically send emails to ACT. We have removed / turned off the settings in ACT under email preferences yet it continues to push to ACT all emails from Outlook.
What are we missing? How do we turn this off?
