Default Activity Length

How can I change the default length for the various activity types?

Everything defaults to 60 mins.  Would like to set default for Call to 15 min.

  Hi Don,

  Thank you for contacting Act! 365 Support.

  Unfortunately it is not currently possible to change the default duration of activities. I will however raise this with the product manager as a feature request.

  I am not able to confirm an exact time frame as to when/if this will be implemented but any feature requests will be added to future versions of the software.
