Template Content Empty

I was going to create a marketing campaign using an existing template but approximately 75% of my templates lost their content.  The shell still exit with title but cannot open and thumb nail doesn't show any content.  25% of templates still can be opened and viewed as thumbnail mode.

How do I restore all templates?
