Importing template for Act 365
Hi , I cannot seem to follow the import template directions. It instructs to open the template manager and click the up arrow. I cannot find the up arrow only my templates , basic and premium . Any suggestions please ?

I have received a reply from the developers. The functionality was removed and is currently unavailable. I am chasing with the Act! 365 product manager Andy when he returns from annual leave on Monday. I will come back to you with an update as soon as I can.
