Email scheduling with Weebly Pro integration?

Was wondering if it was possibly using Weebly Pro as the hosting, if ACT essentials has an option to regularly schedule emails. I'm not seeing anything on the Weebly forums so figured I'd ask here. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

  Thank you for contacting Act! 365 Support.

  Unfortunately we don't provide support for any 3rd party integrations and I'm unsure whether this would be possible.

  You may be able to achieve this by using our API with something like PieSync but I couldn't guarantee it.
