I alredy have instaled ACT: When I put my email adress and password its not recognised. Please help.

  If you have Act! installed, can you please tell me, is it Act! Pro or Act! Premium?

  This community forum is for the Act! 365 service which is web-based. It does not have a program that you install.

  Do you know which version you have installed?
