Act! Premium account set up considerations
Questions for the community as we get started in setting up our database:
- Any learnings you want to share when getting started and setting up hierarchy/structure of customers/groups/subgroups/etc?
- Mistakes we should avoid?
- Key considerations when determining the hierarchy?
- Our database will consist of B2B partners with complexity - buy groups, distributors, rep agencies, individual retailers who may be part of one or more buy groups. Things to consider as we get started?
