how do I retrieve the view toolbar for version 6?

The view toolbar just disappeared.  How do I get it back?  Version 6

  Unfortunately, we no longer offer support on Act! v6. As the version of Act you're using is quite old, I'm afraid we don't have a copy in house that we can test.
