Import Version 16 database

My Act V16 stopped working but I managed to back up my important database. How do I import this database into Act Essentials onlile?

  Hello Rick,

  You will need to export your contacts from Act! as a CSV file, once this file is exported you can import it to your Act! Essentials account.
